St. Clair County Public Records

NOTE - In St. Clair County, there are rules a person must follow to acquire records. The opening hours for the St. Clair County office is 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. CST on Monday to Friday. Also, people must bring photo ID in order to be granted records in St. Clair County. Examples of an acceptable form of photo ID include a driver’s license or state ID. In St. Clair County, every single request must be put in writing in order to be granted.
