NOTE - Records are only granted to those who follow the rules in Howard County. Firstly, the Howard County office is open from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. CST, from Monday to Friday. In order to be granted a copy of a record, a person must also be able to show some form of photo identification. Driver's licenses and state IDs constitute acceptable forms of ID.
