NOTE - If a person wants to obtain records in person, they must abide by a number of rules in Clinton County. Firstly, the Clinton County office is open somewhere between 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. CST, from Monday to Friday. To be granted access to records, a person must also bring in a form of photo ID. This could come in the form of a driver's license or a state ID. A person must also put every request in writing in Clinton County in order to be successful.
