NOTE - In Daviess County, records are only given to those who follow the rules. Firstly, the Daviess County office is open among 8:30 a.m.-AND 1:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m. CST, from Monday to Friday. In order to be granted a copy of a record, a person must also be able to show some form of photo identification. A driver's license and a state ID are examples of acceptable photo IDs. All requests in Daviess County have to be put in writing in order to be granted.
